Focus on Improving YOU!

When you are starting out an online business with the mission of becoming a leader and taking massive action, u can get overwhelmed and burned out... but... creating a new story has to feel good... or else your subconscious gets mixed signals and you end up quitting before you see any results.

If you feel like Neo in the Matrix, when he gets taken down ...Unplug, take a break, work on yourself, play with your kids, have some fun, laugh, make others laugh, jump on the bed, dance around the house, read a good book, do something that inspires you or meditate some and then you'll be back in the zone.

Your main focus has to be on improving you... you gotta work on you... you are the product!!! Why would people want to join you in your new venture?? Because you rock!!! (duh...) so don't get stuck being a bore... You must have fun!

Clearly, you must work on the physical... and the mind too... now go in there and get your faith to a level of unshakeable ... and then become that leader I KNOW you can be.

If you focus too much on all the doing... you will burn out... focus more on who you are being... obviously not an egomaniac... but truly confident in yourself and your mission to genuinely help others.  And u have to say to yourself... I KNOW who I AM and where I AM going... and NOTHING can stop me on my journey...NOTHING IS IMPOSSIBLE.

Don't compare yourself to other leaders because they too had to experience this part of the sowing before reaping... and don't take it upon yourself to explain to those who don't get it... understand that they are at a different level of thinking than you... it's not your business how anybody reacts to your message... your business is to present it and do your best and the rest is unseen, so you have to trust in the process and allow it to unfold.  "Thank you God!! It's happening I know I will see the fruits soon!"

When you do what you do in confidence and in faith... u don't get attached to any particular result because you KNOW that you are doing what is in your control... you CANNOT get mixed up with what is NOT in your control... so make a decision right NOW that you are a BADASS no matter what!!! And know that it's ok to reach out for help and you are NOT bothering me AT ALL if you do. This is my passion and BEING here for YOU is what it's all about.

BECAUSE EVEN IF YOU DON'T KNOW IT RIGHT NOW... I KNOW YOU ARE A BADASS AND YOU CAN DO EVEN MORE THAN YOU HAVE SEEN THE OTHER GUYS DO. I KNOW IT. How do I KNOW it??? Well, because Jesus said so!!!!!!

And so have all the badass leaders that have showed us THE WAY.  Jesus said to BE like that so WHY NOT?!?!

Know Your Money Link

This happened to me twice in the last 30 days so I figured it would be a good subject to talk about.

…Know what your “Money Link” is!

I was in the chiropractor office recently and they had a pretty cool product that I wanted to try out.  They had it on site so I simply just bought it retail, but then I asked the question, “Do you have a website I can look at it more or buy at wholesale?” He replied, “Yes, hold on let me find it.”  He went online and kept getting website errors and couldn’t figure out what the link was.  Then I said, “Well just give me your username and I’ll look it up when I get home.”  He couldn’t even give me that! haha

…So basically even if I wanted to join his business or buy products from him on the monthly basis automatically I would have to go through a ton of hoops to do so!

This happened again while I was looking for a pre-workout supplement at the gym I attend.  Again, he had product on site to sell retail, but his website wasn’t setup to sell products so I could get them at wholesale or even the business if I wanted to.

…In my opinion if you are going to be selling any kind of product you should know what your “Money Link” is.

This link is the one you need when someone is ready to pay or join you in business!  The most important link you can know because that is what PAYS you!

How to Manifest Using the Law of Expansion

I stumbled across the law of expansion accidentally more than 20 years ago, when I was working with a client to improve her financial situation.

My client had a problem with debt and never had any money left over for the things that were important to her. At first I worked with her on a purely practical level by creating a budget and allocating money toward debt reduction but this didn’t work. Then, one day I asked the magical question, What makes you feel prosperous?

She rearranged her budget so that there was some money for things that made her feel good. Her first choice was to buy flowers on a regular basis. These flowers became the first thing she saw when she opened her front door and they made her feel good. Once a month we added in a new item. This is important because your intention is to expand what you allow into your life. She started carrying $50 in her wallet, previously she never had any money. She did up one piece of furniture at a time, bought curtains for one window and the changes that occurred in her life as a result of this were incredible. Within one year her income trebled and she still worked for the same employer. This happened because she said, she no longer felt deprived.

The law of contraction gives just the opposite result. If you are like most people when you feel afraid, you contract. See if any of these examples apply to you:

- Whenever you don’t have enough money you cut back this could be a personal or business situation

- If you have a problem you withdraw into yourself and cut yourself off from people

- When you have been let down by someone you decide not to trust again

- If you have been hurt you decide not to open yourself emotionally like that again

- If you have a debt problem you avoid your creditors

- You avoid confrontation

- When you have a problem you become paralyzed and do nothing

- You bury your head in the sand

The law of expansion draws what you want to you. The law of contraction takes you away from what you want. However, it’s easy to misinterpret.

Many years ago, when I experienced constant financial problems I would go out and spend, thinking I was invoking a universal law, but when the credit card bill came in I worried about how I would pay it. On the other hand there are many entrepreneurs who have found themselves in difficult financial situations and gotten themselves out of trouble by expanding. Buying a company that has a strong cash flow is a common business solution. Tony Robbins’ business was about to go under and he decided to expand instead and completely turned it around.

You may wonder what the difference is between the two, and it all comes down to how you feel. If you have financial problems and you spend responsibly and feel good as a result of this choice, then you invoke the law of expansion. If you spend and you worry about how you are going to pay for it, you invoke the law of contraction and that is because you can only manifest from a place of feeling good. For many, many years now I have always given more whenever money has gotten a little tight. It’s my way of invoking the law of expansion.

If you meditate or go on a retreat in order to connect with your spirit, this invokes the law of expansion. If you withdraw in order to avoid conflict, or a problem, you invoke the law of contraction.

To get this law working for you start adding things into your life that make you feel good, then at least once a month, add in something else. These items don’t have to cost money. I love books and I used to spend a lot of money on books, I now buy my personal development books, because these I like to refer to, and I treasure them. Most (not all) fiction and biographies I borrow from the library. If you love beauty you can go for a walk in a beautiful area. If you love eating out but don’t have enough money to do it as often as you like go out for coffee and desert. You can find a college that teaches massage and have a massage from a student, in my area this costs $35 which is about half the normal fee.

Look for ways to bring more of what makes you happy into your life on a daily basis and you will find that manifesting the bigger things in life becomes quite easy.

Why Build This Business?

Sometimes we ask ourselves: “Why should we work so hard on our business?  Why should we blog daily?  Why should we learn, study and build our businesses?!”

So often, we hear of people who give up right before a breakthrough.  The truth is, you don’t know just how close you are to finally living the dream.  Prayers are answered.  People have transformations and success stories… all kinds of people.  Why not you?  Why not me?  Why not us???

I made a decision and I’m sticking to it! There is a formula to getting what you want in life. Staying stuck in fear, doubt, worry or unworthiness is not the way. Believing in yourself is the first step…. I can do it, you can do it, we can all do it!!  But first, we must tear down the walls that have been built around us.   The walls no longer serve to protect us. If we wish to have all the abundance we desire to flow to us, we must tear down the walls of fear and replace with a magnetic faith that will draw in the wealth of the Universe.

Look, you gotta do what you gotta do!! If it means staying away from certain people, then do so.  Our loved ones will try to protect us by telling us to stay with the familiar way and do what seems less risky.  Well friends, if you have reached a point in your life where you know that you know that this way of thinking won’t get you where you want to go, it’s time to try something new.  What better way to do that than to study and observe the people who have the results you are wanting.  This is the reason I joined the Empower Network.  I saw a way for me to do what I want and get paid for it and people who have real results and a plan for me to follow to achieve those results.  I saw the opportunity I prayed for, got excited and there was no talking me out of it.  The “demons” or doubts were trying to suck the enthusiasm out of me as usual, but something in me had already changed.  I made a decision to take action and I am sticking to it.  When I know something is going to work, I just know.  I don’t know how yet, but I know why.  I know the Law of Attraction.  I know the promises of God’s love and abundance.  I know the only one that can screw this up is me getting in the way again with fear, excuses or loss of focus. This is my time.  I love my family too much to let any other distraction keep us from where we are going together.  I love the joy that is in my heart when I think of all the other families we can impact with our success story and our help.  I love the freedom of living on purpose.

For some, even when we get scared, something inside us says….

SUNSHINE!!! WERE YOU BORN TO BE A SLAVE? WERE YOU BORN TO STAY STUCK IN WISH-MODE? OR WERE YOU BORN TO SAIL??? AND BE FREEEEEE???

LIKE IN THE TRUMAN SHOW…. IT APPEARS SAFER TO STAY STUCK AND TRAPPED…BUT WE KNOW WHAT POSSIBILITIES LIE AHEAD! ANYTHING IS POSSIBLE! WHAT DOES THAT LEAVE OUT??
